Great save ... except what were the sales/critical/hiphop fan response to the SSLP?

first of all, there was no save needed, it's not my fault you didn't pick up on the fact that Dre's album where Em really started to blow up was called 2001 and it came out in 1999.

i think he went something like triple platinum. i never said he didn't sell fukk all with SSLP but he hadn't hit his peak until the features on 2001 which was the lead up to MMLP, that's when he became this huge figure that he is today. critical response was good but MMLP was better for him.
