alright after one listen, redeemed his fukking self over that bullshyt last year. Solid spin. Beats are so-so after 1 listen, but at this point I've accepted Em will always have questionable beat selection.

Glad to see his "failure" of last year gave him the fire to release this..it's what was needed to ignite that MC in him

Now let's see if some of the shots fired are retaliated.

he should've called this shyt Revival cause he sounds alive again, album is dope for what it is. it's impressive to hear a 45 year old rap with that technical skill, at least he's not shouting as much as his previous projects. i'm hoping Budden responds cause he can't afford to miss this opportunity. i think he can take on Em, he really has nothing to lose now that he's called his name out.

He's retired anyways and the Em bar towards him didn't even seem serious, just a tap. Machine Gun Kelly on the other hand...that nikka caught a hollow.

Its not a classic or anything close but he kinda redeemed himself here. He made a decent rap album with minimal sung hooks and the Mike Will element works here. Less cringe bars here too. You can tell the response to Revival really hurt him

He wasted like 5 records on Revival trying to make a relationship record. That Nice Guy/Good Guy sequence on here is so much more effective

how do u sample wokeuplikethis and come up w/ that lame beat? i wish he'd have let someone else executive produce it. like a mike will, maybe? him rapping over dope, modern production wouldve really caught people off guard. this just sounds like more the same. im sure his core fanbase will be pleased.
