Who in the hell is advising Eminem ? It's almost as if his record label wants to keep him isolated in order to maintain their control over him.....Maybe he needs to move out of Detroit....Go to a city where he can go out in public without worrying about his safety.

My point still stands....Eminem hasn't worked with a ton of top level producers....I believe this has contributed to his downfall.
He's worked with Missy and Tim once but I dig what you're saying. All the times he's bigged up Redman, LL, Treach, KRS, Beasties, Nas, etc... And not one collaboration with them (ex Redman)...Same with producers. No Swizz, 9th wonder, shyt barely Alchemist who's on his label and Havoc who he's been closely affiliated with record label wise. One or two joints don't count either.
I don't understand how a guy who's such a big hip hop head and someone who's really a big rap nerd at heart who has access to all and any big names he wants avoids them completely. You think he'd be a kid in a candy store like Game and work with damn near everybody. It's crazy in 2017 Cardi B is a better rapper than Eminem. shyt G Eazy is the new token white rapper. I've seen more black people bumping G Eazy's no limit then I've seen ever playing any Eminem record ever in all of the 20+ years Em's been rappin...

I think it's because even though he was a rap nerd he was a nerd for the lyrics and the raps, not the music/groove/beats. Read this article from his original producers. They talk about how he couldn't tell the difference between happy beats, sad beats, angry beats, etc.
