Like..... Talk my shyt, stroll into work late, do a half assed job, yell at co-workers, walk fast in order to look busy, call off regularly, hound bish's, get jack chit done while at work, all while still getting that top 1% raise. Should I keep going? Just to be clear, I could do all of the above, but unlike my white counterparts, I'd get little to no raise, and/or walked off the premises.
