Classic songI was on a youth soccer team that traveled to different cities for games. One of my best friends was also on the team and he would always have the newest hip hop albums, so when he had MMLP I gave it a listen and when I got to Kim my young mind was like

There were better tracks on that album but at the time when I first listened to this track, it felt like it came out nowhere and punched me in the head.

I remember a friend growing up had the edited version with the Mr Garrison record instead of Kim, shyt was terrible.
But overall, i think this album is Em's classic. I might prefer Eminem Show cause of its content, and the fact that it aged much better. It's kinda ridiculous to deny the impact of this album tho

I enjoyed this album for its audacity. dude was rapping his ass off. Parts of it have aged ok to me.
There's no way he could do that album as is in 2016 though, being white wouldn't save him from the "I'm offended by everything" groups

Good album but overrated. "Stan", "kim", and "the way I am" are my favorites. Slim Shady lp was better imo

was just ok, imo. only liked about 6 or so tracks. much more a fan of the album before and after this one. the hype was certainly real though. his videos were played on tv constantly.

Eminem is talented lyrically, but the production and the way his music was put together just makes your ears bleed sometimes, album didn't age well at all. But then again a lot of albums from that era did not age well at all, especially those corny ass swizz beatz instrumentals
