All those shows are trash. For the love of god, how come FS1 doesn't have a one hour sports hightlight show as its anchor and foundation in this day and age? Yes I realize they won't beat ESPN's SportsCenter in ratings, but come on, you're a big time sports network that shows actual big time games year round. How can we have CNN, Fox News, CBS News, ABC News, NBC News, BBC America, Univision, etc. all on at the same time and I take it all doing relatively well, but only one sports highlight show minus MLB, NFL, and NBA networks offerings.

Not even attempt to go after ESPN and try to take them head on, you just need a highlight show as your backdrop to everything else you do. Fox will have 3 three big college football games in a row, one right after each other on a Saturday but won't have hightlight show summarizing the entire day? I gotta turn to ESPN to get highlights and breakdowns of the games you just shown? That's wild.

And really I say this because a highlight show is cheap to produce and make. You already have the studio setup, instead of 3-5 talking heads shows all saying the same sh*t, turn one of them into a highlight show and go from there. Even if you do one-forth of what SportsCenter does, so what, its doesn't cost anything to make that show and it'll be your glue, foundation, and a place where your top personalities can hop on and make their platforms even bigger. Shannon Sharpe, Cowherd, Skip, Nick Wright, etc. would've feed/assisted that show and got some eyeballs on it. What a massive waste of major platform imo.

yep YouTube shows are killing every sports show on network TV not named First Take and The Herd, and PTI
Those 3 shows you named are ass too

Only watchable sports debate show on TV is First things First and that’s because they understand they’re here to entertain and they don’t take themselves or their takes too serious

This is what happens when you don't focus on yourself during a race don't look left don't look right look straight ahead. There's really no excuses they've had plenty of time to replace Skip and replace Shannon. Focus on developing your own talent and not trying to always poach ESPN's talent pool. They were barely holding on when Shannon left but then you let skip leave. Say what you want about Skip Bayless he still has a pretty good following

They used to have one. Mike Hill was hosting. Not sure what happened. If you are a 24 hour news network you'd think a highlight show would be the most obvious and easy and cheap programming choice.
