Seems like another attempt at big fish in a small pond move.

Kenny Payne is a good development coach and could have done wonders for him at Louisville.

I hope it works out for him. Ultimately he’s still gonna be a first round pick. Peyton Watson is his floor for the draft.

Colleges don't even want him on their roster but you're guaranteeing that an NBA team will use a pick on him? The same picks that people don't want to give for Kyrie, we're certain they're going to give one for Emoni Bates?

ESPN is projecting him #33 right now. It all depends on next season. If he doesn't show something he could easily end up missing the first round.

Yep. Skinny is fine if you're smooth/graceful like KD plus having KDs reach.

He's not really a smooth athlete, not explosive or powerful. Since he's not "quick twitch" it would help to just be big and strong. Like go more Karl Malone and less KD. These skinny brehs gotta eat more and lift, especially when you're young and full of testosterone. Not even sport specific lifting but just straight Oly lifts like squats, cleans/jerks, deads etc.

Luka is a good example of a bigger wing that is slow and not particularly athletic yet strong as fukk. Not saying EB plays like LD but extra mass can help if you're not a freaky athlete.
Luka is quicker than Bates and he's athletic, he can do a between the legs dunk. He just doesn't have much lift.
