Amstaffs, English staffs, bullys, even Ebt's are all seen as Pits.

Anyway keeping a working dog as an emotional support dog is fukking ridiculous.

That’s not a pitbull. In reality. Pit’s are small and athletic. Alot of these dogs being passed off as Pitbulls are Bully Mastiff’s n shyt.

I remember when Rottweilers was the go to “demon” dogs at one point. Dobermans before Rott’s etc etc. Pit’s statistically arent even the only dogs that attack alot of people honestly. They just the only one’s who get publicity. Mix that with a bunch of dogs that aint even Pit’s being labeled as such. It’s a shyt show when it comes to that breed. They arent even being bred right. Which means from birth alot of these dogs are mentally unstable. I honestly think people should just leave that breed alone cause it’s only getting worse. Dogs are getting labeled as Pitbulls when vet’s n shyt cant identify the mix. That should tell u something.

yep this, wouldn't make sense for it to be any other way. You can't expect children to not want to pet animals. Plus i believe they asked permission to pet and still got bitten.

Unless the kid ran up and started petting the dog before the owner could say anything, it's on them to control situation. I love my dog and trust him not to behave badly if i have company over or something,but I'm not about to put them in a situation like bringing them to a airport of all places if it's not absolutely necessary.

People should know the temperament of their animals.

My ex used to have a Yorkshire Terrier and I knew that dog hated little kids. When I would walk her I'd be extra careful when I saw kids. Of course, they see a cute little doggy. But if I saw one coming I used to pull her to my side and say to any parents she doesn't like kids.

Meanwhile, I used to see too many pit owners for comfort walking with those things off-leash walking ahead of them.

As if they could control if it goes ham.

in a country that will allow you to have a gun, just as easy as a dog, that's a dumbass question

the reason it's allowed, is because the law assumes people have some sort of common sense. not to buy a wild animal, out of a box, for $300, from some nikkas up the road, when the real breed costs in the thousands.. No papers, no even a pit... Then not professionally train it.. Then not walk it... Or hit it because "you gotta be tough with pits"... Or let it "run around in public" overpowering them or not even on a leash... And around crowds when it isn't used to that... Like at a goddamn airport


I've said before. Never even owned one. As a matter of fact, I grew up in a neighborhood where they'd fight pits. Where you might get caught outside when one gets loose and have to hide out and a friends house. A little girl ended up getting her face torn off by one about 15 years ago.. I been long gone since then, but it didn't surprise me

And still... I realize this is 150% the owners fault. When 99% of owners can do it right, it's obviously a few dumb asses fukking it up for everyone
