i always smh at people fighing in these situations. Just get your stuff and go.

the only time i get upset at a store is if there is a long line at checkoout, and then i either just wait or say fukk it and leave.
bad customer service isn't really a thing because it mostly self service, what you need customer service for? if they have a self checkout machine i don't even have to talk to anyone. When i do have to talk it's usually just "Hello" and "Thanks, Goodbye"
Where is the opportunity for misunderstanding?

People that are fighting with cashiers are probably those types that need to treat workers like the help and try to act like by working there, they actually work for them since the customer is always right type bullshyt.
