Words can't express how pissed I am right now breh.

I've been wfh full time since March 2020. Just got word today that we're going back in October 3 days a week in the office 2 days wfh.

I don't really like this job anyway so I've been trying to look for another one since February of this year. Haven't had any luck though.
Same thing happened to me man. Now I’m on the phone with a recruiter turning down jobs because they’re talking about going back in January and what not. It’s bullshyt that these companies are trying to force this.

My guess is the combination of being around family, no real chance of being micro managed and watched by your bosses and the overall improvement in their mental well being is a reason why.
My man I used to drive around while on shift when they were down periods on the support lines. Are used to go to the park and shoot around for an hour and then head back home to shower up and finish my shift. Work from home is a game changer for well-being and personal savings. I’m not even worried about the prospect of not being able to move up in the company because the factIs that the best promotions come with switching companies. Being remote would even make switching companies easier.

Apparently they're letting people have exemptions until next March if you have a pre existing condition according to the CDC.

Well, the CDC recently expanded their list to include overweight and obesity. And according to the CDC BMI website index, I'm overweight. I'm putting in for my exemption fukk it.
