That's moot when you CHOSE to not take a break. Now you you implied that you opted not to take a break. If that's false and you were forced, then you have a grievance.§785.19 Meal.

he knew he wont taking a break your honor he was so dedicated to work I tried to get him to take it but he CHOOSE not to even though he knew he wasn't getting paid. Your honor
