How do you identify "best resume"?

How do you distinguish between multiple candidates that have resumes that fit the minimum or preferred requirements for a job you're hiring? What's the objective metric you would use to say this person is the "best" solely off of a piece of paper?

Meanwhile, while you're suggesting the hiring process be a meritocracy, you openly and simultaneously suggest that hiring discrimination on the basis of race is wrong, but discrimination on the basis of family choice is right. :jbhmm:

If this post is even remotely serious, it's troubling seeing shyt like this on here, knowing full well this site is filled with grown ass men with some type of responsibilities in their lives.
Wrong or right people are going to have preferences. To pretend otherwise or to expect one day things will be different is lunacy.
