emulators for xbox or psx?

these consoles have exclusives...are there emulators out there so PC gamers can run these games?

all of these console games are developed on PC's so there has to be a way to play them on PC.

the problem is the 360 and ps3 both have weird hardware

the Gamecube and Wii were easy because they have hardware that is similar to PC's

Ps2 emulator works great on a capable pc. Xbox emulator hardly works and whatnot.
