There is no way you would actually be able to go through the process of successfully getting that cure patented manufactured and safely distributed anywhere in the world the way america is setup.........you might wanna have safeguards in place because you gone die somehow someway like you was a russian not named put in running for office.....you may just be better off actually covering the costs related with curing and treatment for the people that need it with the half a billy
