I don't always see it as a bad thing. Bigg K & Clips both have somewhat outdated, mixtape rapper cadences, it works for them. Besides if you ask me, nobody in 2015 has iller cadences than JR Writer, Grafh, Budden, Crooked I, Peedi Crack etc., they all came out around 2002-2004.
To each their own though.
