that's why i fukk with caribbean restaurants tho, they treat you like a normal person ordering food plus they're actually making the food in front of you, it has a nice home-like feel to it

i can't stand all that extra shyt where nikkas are opening the door for you or singing jingles when you walk in (five guys for example)

It’s a shame seeing this food boom and Jamaicans getting no piece of it because we don’t take our cuisine seriously. Services, presentation, attitude, and pricing is all bad. It shouldn’t cost you $15 to walk out of a take-out joint with a Styrofoam box of food and a drink. It’s been my longstanding goal when I have some capital to open a Caribbean joint with a streamlined process.


And let’s not even get into the potential for variety in patty fillings. There’s such a massive opportunity here for our people, just being wasted.

they give amazing customer service...but then again..we in Canada...
