The drawn out lockdowns were by any conceivable socioeconomic metric a neutral to negative impact on society. There has been some interesting research that found more aggressive lockdowns earlier on would have had the most positive effect on society. But clearly we didn’t do that.

All this to say that lockdowns are not going to happen again. There is simply no popular or political will, across the entire spectrum, to intentionally burden ourselves with shutting down our lives again. It would be a disastrous fiasco for Biden & state governments across the country.

The writing is clearly on the wall: get the shot or get left behind or worse sick from a more dangerous variant. Intentionally ignorant unvaccinated people do not deserve special protection in a post-COVID society.

Im just curious to know what makes you thinking the economy is doing so great right now. I see a whole lot of empty store fronts and out of business signs.

Is it a certain job sector where the economy is picking up at which is why its showing economic growth? I dont buy what theyre saying about the economy growing because thats also politics as to make Biden look good.

And the fact that yall think its not going to happen again is proof the general public never learned anything from this pandemic. We are in SERIOUS trouble folks because people really arent being SERIOUS about this.
