With that said, obesity is like the huge elephant in the room in this country. I know I used to be sensitive(self-conscience) about my weight too. Until, I did my research, stayed focused and did something about it. Sohh, I can infer that there are many people who don't like being overweight and find discomfort in engaging in this topic, yet seriously want to pro-actively do something about it.

I've been living in the DMV area for a while now. People in this area tend to be relatively more fit than the general US population. I went to Ohio last week for a wedding and was shocked at how obese people are.

Interesting, I haven't been to the DMV in a few years (3). I wasn't paying attention to obesity at the time, I was more concerned about all dymes I saw and the high std rate out there I think Colorado is the most fit state. This sh*t is getting ridiculous though, on the plane, damn near everyone was overweight when I went through NC. While I on my trip, in a French territory, I guess I grew accustomed to seeing people in shape, slim or maybe slightly overweight. Then I come back home go to the supermarket and everyone is . I remember I met some french pawgs on the beach and had lunch/drinks when them, I thought I was in love when I saw them both order the healthiest thing on the menu.

The t]hing that upsets me the most is when I see kids under 12, not just overweight, but borderline obese......
