He is a jobber on NXT already.

With his charisma though, he needs to make it in the main roster and become a manager or some shyt.

Just watched this weeks episode and I've gotta say, this guy is pretty decent. Best things going for him are those tights and boots. He looks like a modern day Jake Roberts to me.
