But they're not. They're a government agency. So don't attempt to equate apples and oranges.

"I mean, if the military were a business...":mjlol:
if the military was a business, it wouldnt be able to get away with the enormous waste and bureaucratic filth that it currently does :yeshrug:

Yep, let's all keep voting for political administrations that want lax regulations, and then decide that since the regulations are too lax we should just get rid of the EPA altogether and not regulate anything. Makes perfect sense.

That'll certainly prevent bad situations from happening.

Ahhh, but we do have examples of the military being a business and they're one of the most corrupt and criminal businesses in the world.

Gotcha.

What imaginary companies and regulations are you even talking about? You just posted a non-sequitur that has nothing to do with what actually happened. :what:

So we get rid of the EPA and get rid of any regulations and nobody is liable for anything since lead levels aren't regulated. How exactly is this supposed to prevent this from happening?
We can point the the EPA's failure in Flint and in Alabama as failures to enforce their own regulation.
We can look at the EPA and its protection for Big Ag in allowing arsenic to pervade our food supply and water supply, we can look at the FDA in how it protects Big Ag in allowing them to give us arsenic in our apples as well. Food for Chickens, Poison for Man » Scienceline
FDA sets new limits on arsenic in apple juice - NBC News
FDA data shows arsenic in rice, juice and beer

I didn't post non-sequitor you just don't have a idea about what you are talking about.
How is no one liable if you get rid of the EPA, if you remove regulator caps and blockage on civil and criminal charges of manufacturers and producers.
I promise, you seem to think if the government isn't doing anything it means nothing is done, when life shows you the opposite.

Yeah, cutting lead contamination prevention programs and reducing regulations on lead levels will sure show them.
where's trump's explicit order to do that :yeshrug:

these thugs in the EPA would let a child die of lead poisoning before they cut one job, raise, or wasteful program. we both know this is true. so show me trump's explicit direction to cut lead exposure studies, or just admit that this is how the EPA is deciding to trim the fat :ehh:

What are you even talking about?

Government organizations are not businesses and can't be ran like them....primarily because they are not for profit organizations.

So what and how much money is the EPA wasting? And where exactly do you think that money should be repurposed? And please don't try to come in here with the less that $30 a year your tax dollars contribute to the EPA.
