Besides his health this ain't a bad move for the twolves. I didn't believe in lavine anyway. He shouldn't be anything but depth this season. Hopefully they can move kevin Martin in a sign and trade.
I dont want to commit that much money to a dude who can't stay healthy. Even when he's healthy, I don't see how he makes the Wolves THAT much better than Rubio. He's a better scorer but you can't give someone $15 mil a year to average 17-6.
I don't know if Flip thinks, give him the max now, when his contract is up it will be time to re-up Wiggins/Lavine but it would kill the team to have that much money sitting on the bench 30-40 games a year
