I dapped you, however that's not 100% true, you can do body weight work and end up being built like that.

He may not lift, but dude probably does a ton of dips, pullups and pushups with varying hand spreads. Male gymnasts don't life weights, and those dudes are pretty much the template for how most people want to be built. A lot of prisons no longer have weights too, and dudes come out of there looking like the incredible hulk.
