However, the fact that Eric Reid, Kenny Vaccaro and Mike Mitchell are also unsigned indicates that there’s something else going on.

Part of the problem could be that the market has artificially stalled because NFL teams are wary of signing players that have been publicly supportive of Colin Kaepernick and the protests during the national anthem. Both Reid and Vaccaro have been involved in that arena.
