unless he has an untreated medical condition, breh has totally given up on his health. really sad to see.

these guys give it everything as a pro athlete, maybe when retired they think they have nothing left to give?

either way, health is wealth. don't ever give up on yourself.

Not super unusual for people who burn 5k calories per day and eat 5k calories per day to continue eating 5k calories per day when they stop burning 5k.
Or even if they reduce the intake to 3k, they still only burning 1k.

What’s crazy is how most of the massive while they played athletes are the ones who lose mad weight at retirement and the skinny while they played athletes are the ones who gain

Not good.

He was a pro athlete so he should be able to slim down. He looks like he’s nearly 400 pounds. He was playing at about 210.

That's how I blew up to damn near 300 pounds when I got an office job. I was out of work for 3 months before and playing full court basketball for hours per day. I was eating like shyt so wasn't losing weight but wasn't gaining either. Once I stopped the basketball those eating habits caught up. Add in these dudes is mid-30s when they retire and that metabolism as slowed down and I can see how it's easy as hell to put them pounds on. And it's way easier to put it on than it is to take it off.

At risk?? He’s already taken years off of his life, he’s been obese for years now. It’s crazy too because breh was a pro athlete.
He was probably eating the same way as a pro, never adjusted

You also gotta remember a lot of athletes were only gym rats during their playing days because it was a mandatory requirement. Just because an athlete looks like he's hitting the weights and running hard in the offseason doesn't necessarily mean he enjoyed doing any of it. A good amount of athletes despise the gym.
