He damn sure was and the crazy thing is it didn’t sound flat or tired

Like when most producers go back and sample from the same artist after having a big hit single from their song, it might sound like lazy but he always found a way of reusing the same samples or sampling from the same artist and making it sound brand new whenever he sampled

That’s one of Erick’s best attributes as a producer
