1) fact some of the smartest people are regularly schooled in the US system implies the system is fine. At the very least there is no research evidence that South Africa's school system is better than North America's. Your evidence is purely anecdotal and biased as such.
2) America would be far better if black people ruled it. At least for blacks.

3) There is very little evidence to even suggest that America would be better off with Black people ruling...All the important stats point to the contrary...Health, education, crime, economy, history, and all the current Black ruled nations on Earth...
The Western World is better for everybody with a Majority White rule...White people been governing empires for 1000s of years now....They have inherited a library of knowledge and a bank of wealth that other nations can never catch up with...This is just the reality of life on Earth as it is....
