Mitch Lawrence was on NBA Radio yesterday just oozing over that performance Thursday night. And he said LeBron did everything he could to win the game. For whatever reason, that struck a nerve with me so I called in and said no he didn't. When Mitch asked what more could he have done. I said "hit 5 more shots and they woulda won."
I hung up the phone and he got really upset. Couldn't even explain himself and just kept saying "Are you serious".
But it's the truth. He knock down 5 more shots and they win.
I'm sorry but I refuse to lower the standard in which he was placed just becuz a few dudes are hurt.
No one gave JR Smith credit for winning game 1 of the ECF when LeBron almost blew it with his isoball.
