pretty much the #3 American promotion thru the majority of the early '90s.
had the GOAT timeslot. 4pm every weekday on ESPN.
a lot of stars got their big break there. and it was also a revolving door for established talent to come thru and get their chit off as well.
circa '91-92; along with WCW, they provided the breakthrough light-heavyweight divisions in America. with GWF's division arguably being better.
great promotion. I believe it was the 2nd promotion that I discovered(with wwf being the 1st).

i didnt know that the gwf was showing uswa matches on their show.
i thought uswa had their own slot?
can anybody clear this up? cuz i never caught a uswa episode from the beginning. always came home when the show was already on.
