Some teams are content with just making the playoffs. Some teams are content with just making money. Every team isn't trying to be the best.
Teams that are built for a championship should have that mentality of "title or bust"
Some teams should be happy to be in the playoffs, especially if they over exceeded expectations, because they can use that experience to build off of for the blueprint for the next season (ie, Celtics this past season).
