Nah Sportscenter can still be relevant...they became the go to for sports because they were innovative story tellers with great personalities, now it's random cacs using hip hop cliches struggling to sound "hip" and cool. How they present highlights & tell the story of the game is what they need to improve, but to say the format of a Sportscenter is dead is a lie. They're just not good at it anymore

Well yeah in my opinion there will always be a need for sports highlights shows, whether it be on cable or digitally. Like you said though, the way they go about SportsCenter is horrible. I don't need to hear Matt Berrie or whomever crack a horrible joke, trying too hard to put a Meek Mill reference in the highlights package, don't need anchors crying about how they don't care about a certain sport. Not saying I want them to be robots because guys like Keith Olbermann, Rich Eisen, and Stu Scott weren't robots but damn all these theatrics are not needed for a highlights show.
