CHRIS BROUSSARD CONFIRMS LEBRON’S ANNOUNCEMENT, IN CASE YOU DON’T BELIEVE LEBRON
Posted by Josh Gold-Smith on Jul 11, 2014 13:58

LeBron James announced his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers in a Sports Illustrated piece as told to Lee Jenkins that went live on Friday.

Just in case you don’t believe LeBron’s own words, ESPN’s Chris Broussard is here to confirm them. Or should we say confirn them.

But he wasn’t done there. After consulting his trusty cell phone live on SportsCenter, he revealed that the announcement was not false.

Now that Broussard has authenticated the piece written by James himself, we can all rest easy. We’re shocked that he didn’t cite his sources this time.

:blessed: How salty and pissed off do you think the Executives at ESPN must be that they have to cite Sports Illustrated as the source after weeks and weeks of their dirtbag reporters making up sources and desperately trying to be the first to report where Bron is going.

Chris Sheridan is certified in these streets now as well.

It woulda hurt them bustas more if Deadspin somehow broke the news because Deadspin stays shytting on espn

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
The Decision on ESPN was clearly still a sore spot for James, so much so that he brought it up in his meeting with Gilbert. Sports Illustrated was a more respectable outlet and had done right by James in the past.

This was done on purpose by Lebron and his camp. Lebron remembers every foul word that was said about him on that network the last 4 years. From Beadle to Bayless to Mike n Mike...it was fox news levels of propaganda on that network since he left for Miami. It was time for payback and trust those espn execs are fuming.

Could be another power move by LeBron. Imagine if he gives his next interview to Fox Sports 1. Completely shut out ESPN. Better yet, not answering any questions from ESPN at the inevitable press conference.

:dahell: da fukk u talkin bout. Chris Broussard was pretty much calling this for a week. they spent the last 3 days drilling bron to cleveland in our minds. they had josina anderson camped out in cleveland for goodness sakes.

if this happened 5 days ago, then it mighta been a surprise but no today.
No he backed off after calling them a heavy favorite the beginning of the week. Then everyone from ESPN ran with it and by the middle of the week everyone on there backed off and was saying I don't see him leaving MIA.:heh:
And they had people planted in Cleveland and Miami. I guess you just ignored every time they had split screens from both cities
