the east is the most wide open its been in 3-4 years, what make those teams above that much better? Even Cleveland have some defensive question. Miami took a big loss and Deng can very well ge done.Washington, toronto, or Charlotte, at least one of them will be overrated. Hawks have just as much goin for them than a few of these teams.

3) Continued development from role players (Mirza, Plumlee, etc)
