Why does Devin Booker continue to get overrated? He is nowhere near a top 10 player. Let's stop pretending he is a superstar because he had the baby Kobe nickname. He is closer to Joe Johnson than a #10 player.

I mean even after looking at the list the only ones who I would maybe put above him are Paul George and kawhi and who even knows how kawhi is gonna look this season.
The man averaged 27-5-5 on the best team in the west. Most people would have him top 10 in the league if not top 15.
Booker is weird, dude can be both overrated and underrated.
If he's playing at his best dude is a big point guard in a SG's body who can go nuclear and get you ten+ assists while playing defense. How that is not valuable? I have no idea. Booker can and has actually run a team in the same fashion Luka does as a heliocentric offensive hub who can orchestrate the offense.
People tend to get him mixed up because they say "all he can do is score" which is flat out wrong. The problem is Phoenix needs more shooters (bottom 5 in 3PA). In comparison, Mavericks are one of the highest volume 3 point shooting teams. Booker shoots nearly 40% from deep to try to balance it but in the modern NBA you can't win with a bottom 5 shooting 3-point team. Give Booker shooters and that offense thrives.
Crazy thing about Booker though is how young he is.
Trae Young is not even 2 years younger than Booker despite being drafted 4 years later and despite them being in the same draft, Jokic is nearly 2 years older.
