That's a fair assessment. I'd have probably had him at 4, his weak offensively but he's easily the most dominant defensive player in the league.

I still think Bynum could potentially be better than him overall though.

Dwight is a beast physically.

But he has too many limitations offensively..

Why isn't he avgin at least 25 or 26ppg?

He's not top 3 in my opinion..

At first I was cool with it, but then kept thinking about Rose's season....I'm still trying to figure out how He could have worse season, miss nearly half of said season and still move up 3 spots on the list.Every other player on the list whose production dropped off or missed significant games due to injury dropped down the list......except Rose. :wtb:

Because he did it all with a humble spirit :smugfavre:

Crazy thing is if he wasn't such a shytty FT shooter he probably would average around 25ppg.

But it's not just that, he just looks awkward as shyt offensively. Hopefully working with Kareem will help him out a bit. As bad as he is now he's actually improved significantly since 08.

Hell yeah..

I don't think he will ever be that kind of player. The sooner he and everybody else realizes that, the better.

He needs to continue to focus on being great defender and rebounder.

Not everybody is a scorer.

I want somebody to say Kobe ain't top 5 with a straight face....

DRose is that dude but when he did play last year he wasn't as good as Kobe and who knows how he is now...I can't even put him over Westbrook right now

Yall nikkas really think kobe is still top 5 :why:

at 34 :comeon:

shooting 43% :scusthov:

can barely play D anymore

nikka wasn't even top 5 on the olympic squad or even top 15-20 compared to other olympic players :stopitslime:

The list are primarily based on what they did last season...

Last season Kobe was 4th in MVP voting, second in scoring, and made the all defensive second team.

Kobe had a better season than Rose last year. PERIOD.

I'll say this again, Last year Kobe was ranked ahead of Rose (after Rose's MVP season). Rose played worse and Kobe played better than they did the previous season, yet somehow Rose is ranked ahead of Kobe.
