His impact/value on the grizzlies supercedes his actual talent. He makes the grizzlies an automatic champs hip contender. As great as melo is, with the current makeup of the Knicks squad and as great of a player as he is, he doesn't put the Knicks over to wina ring. It's not his fault but it is what it is.
