They only have OKC as a 49 win team after adding Paul George, Raymond Felton, Patrick Patterson. 
And their defense is only projected to rank 16th. I don't know to me George and Roberson on the wing is a hell of a defensive tandem, Adams and Patterson are good defensive contributors, and Russ should focus more on defense with less of an offensive burden. I think they should be a real good defensive team.

The Nuggets replaced Gallinari with Millsap who is a better fit next to Jokic and their young guys like Jokic/Harris/Murray should improve a lot this year. They still have that bum Mudiay tho.
I think LAC without CP0 won't be that bad really, esp since they got some talent back (not as good obviously) and filled their gap at SF with Gallinari. Assuming they stay injury free, I see a big year from Blake. And DJ actually was better statistically in the 20 games CP didn't play last season.

J.R. missed half the season and was never in rhythm all year, Love missed 22 games, they basically didn't have a back-up PG or C the whole season, Korver came at the deadline. The defense was lackluster but they still won 51 games.
They won 51 games last year because they didn't give a fukk about the regular season. What makes you think they're going to care about it this season with Bron being another year older?
They came off of a Finals loss this past year as opposed to last.
