It strengthens the communities infrastructure by improving the power of the black dollar, which opens more doors, and provides more opportunity for real growth. It puts money in our pocket, it widens the youths vision of what they can be, it creates jobs, it gives a reason to be educated.

Voting locally forces a change of the police department. You just simply won't be in office if you don't cater to the voters needs and wants....It can reallocate the funds towards better training, rather than salary. it can force a realignment of the force and discourage the blue code of silence...

So much can be done, and I'm positive I haven't touched on it all.
