That's cool and all but why are black people the only ones consistently open to having this conversation?

change is not gonna start with just 1 side talking and the other side ignoring and turning their back to the problem.

yeah we'll get up there and say the same shyt we've been saying while the other side continues doing the same shyt and getting away with it.

The reason why you have Micah Johnson's and violent protest is because the other side just doesn't listen which forces certain people to act out.

change won't start with us but until the powers that be and the people who encourage the powers that be to demand change.
If the meetings has sincerity in it, it could be good

But all you have to do is look at the panel, bunch of safe dudes looking for a pat on the head. They are doing these meetings to control the conversation and to settle the momentum that is growing in the streets

On one hand it shows that somebody up top is threatened by the organization that is taking place in the streets, but on the other hand, if your looking for meetings that will assure the bulk of the blame gets placed back on the poor and disenfranchised while not mentioning what keeps the poor, poor, then these are the meetings for you.

He's been at multiple protests breh.

I just think he didn't want his fans to think he'd be there.

Some great posts in here. The shyt that really gets me is that these so called liberals are so empathetic with black people getting killed and mistreated as well as not being racists. But after a few lines of that shyt they do nothing to end the institutional racism, it's a front for a lot of em and the rest simply don't give a fukk cause it's don't affect them. Whether they want to admit it or not they're conditioned to promote the institutional racism.

My thoughts.

I just can't listen to Scoop Jackson. :francis:

Is Bomani on I didnt read it all :francis:
He's unbearably annoying.

I won't be watching this blatant attempt at race pandering.

ESPN is pathetic. Just show me "Mike & Mike", "Highly Questionable", "Around The Horn" and "College Gameday", and then get the fukk off my TV for anything else.

This aint legit without Bo though
Bomani likely didn't want no parts of this fake, pointless bullshyt.

If any REAL platforms or actions come out of this, then fine. But, nothing will. The goal here with ESPN isn't to spark dialogue about race, it's to generate viewers. Period.

And ANY fukking "town hall" meeting concerning Black interests is a SHAM with the fukkin' loudmouthed c00n Michael Wilbon as a moderator. How you dudes continually give HIM a pass yet constantly slander that idiot Stephen A. is mind-boggling, especially since Wilbon is CLEARLY more :mjpls:.
