meh. LA got one of the worse skylines of any major city. completely indistinguishable. san diego got the same problem. the citys are too spread out in southern california. we were never forced to build up downtown like that.

only way you would ever be able to recognize a silhouette of los angeles is if it included the capital records building, and they threw some palm trees in there.

Ridiculous how good the winning design is. Ballmer probably paid some branding company hundreds of thousands of dollars to come up with their new logo, this guy did something much better for free.
