they also have paintings in European museums that do the same… I took some photos in the louvre and every picture of Jesus had a little truth telling in it. For example they have one of Jesus carrying the cross. It is “white version”, but everyone around him carrying crosses were black with Afros. Like they they didnt think people would notice.

Or there was a painting portraying the birth of Jesus and the three wise men had turbans in and were melanated.

It is what it is.

This fresco of Christ Among the Apostles is in an arcosolium of the Crypt of Ampliatus in the Catacombs of St. Domitilla in Rome. The Catacombs of Domitilla date from the 2nd through 4th centuries. According to W.F. Volbach, "The extent to which the type of the apostolic group as been developed suggests a 4th-century origin" for this particular fresco.

I seriously doubt anyone after 200 A.D. or so knew what Jesus looked like. It simply wasn't that important to his followers. It seems pretty clear that he wasn't European white and wasn't Sub-saharan black, but something in between. Beyond that, who knows? And who really cares? He was here to represent all mankind, not some one ethnicity.

God of the universe yet only evidence he leaves of his existence is hearsay dating back millennia :francis:

Where do you get that? Even atheist and secular historians agree that Jesus existed, and nearly all of them agree that he was a religious teacher who taught moral truths, defied the religious orthodoxy, came into conflict with the Romans, and was crucified, after which Christianity was founded by his followers. Read up on this if you're really unsure - just find a book on the subject (not a youtube video) by any actual trained historian at an accredited school.
