She literally did NOT need to do this!

She was in her 30s legit looking the same or younger than the other cast members!

She could’ve toned up naturally if it was that serious. Now she’s lost that youthful look.

This is what I was talking about…all these ppl who don’t need the drug look bad after taking it.

Regular diet and exercise would’ve given her a slimmer frame and face, but she wouldn’t have lost so much fat around the eyes.

I thought the episode was alright.
I mean a few years out of high school and certain people change. Cassie isn't all that different she's the same girl, just now has a little taste of the high life. I'll have to go back but i think in season 2 Rue explained that she was crazy about being pretty and apperances. That tracks. And Nate just doesn't have Jules around or Maddie or his dad around. All the toxic people in his life are gone. (I think he'll still fly off the rails when Jules comes back in the picture.)

Rue is the same Rue, just more clean. The girl is a walking bad decision. And Zendaya can act her ass off.

Yeah, we saw how crazy Cassie was about her appearance, especially how obsessive she got when she was trying to get with Nate, but from that to dressing up like a dog and lapping water out of a bowl, dressing like a baby, and doing OF is a pretty big jump. From the characters we've seen, everyone seems to be similar except those two.

In a well written show I'd be comfortable giving it time to explain what's happened during the time jump to cause those changes, but with Levinson, nah. We've got five episodes left and critics that have seen the first 3 episodes have said Nate's character is different.

It was entertaining. Given the terrible reviews before the season started, I had very low expectations. I think that was good actually, because I didn't think the first episode was as bad as a 56 on metacritic.

Also, where was Jules? Is Hunter Schafer off the show too? Jules was such a big character in previous seasons.
