Jules story line is cool but also just more of the same.

The Nate and Cassie thing is whatever cause I don’t feel anything for them as a couple. It’s just a train wreck.

The black gang aren't drug dealers they're p*ssy peddlers and now apparently gun runners. Laurie and nem are their drug suppliers for the hoes. They aren't 2 rival cartels that would escalate to shooting up one another immediately.

Was the Nate beat down supposed to be funny? I kept wanting for it to move along, a farcry from the cathartic Fez beat down in S2.

That Rue phone call with "Fez" was so cringe. What purpose did that serve?

I think the beatdown was supposed to be comedic until it wasn’t, I was cracking up when he was going up and down the stairs while the camera was focused on Cassie, but by the end I was back to feeling like it was horrific.

I finished the idol too so I know what you mean, but I’m actually enjoying this season. That phone call was random asf. It’s really a shame homie died, I can’t help but imagine they had to do a lot of script rewriting because of fez and Dom daddy passing away

I'll give credit Sam Levinson for this: making Cal Jacobs a permanent drunkard to hide his slurring from ALS is pretty clever. It fits the character too since he's probably depressed as a registered sex offender.

But pretending that Fez is on the show like that is just spectacularly dumb. I miss Fez too, but that phone call accomplishes nothing.

She was always an airhead but they’ve made her even more of a caricature of herself in this season to the point it doesn’t even seem like Sweeney is acting, it’s like a parody of her character this season
