Party Chat. That's the 1 negative I've seen folks complain about Party Chat on Xbox360, barely anybody talking in the lobbies or in-game chat because folks are in a party chat.

Party Chat is good and bad because of this. I remember Live being the same way after Party Chat was implemented. PSN is pretty quiet as well, and I wasn't expecting it to be that way because of it launching with a mic.
