A large part of the Xbox One’s “victory” is likely thanks to availability. Microsoft simply had more consoles available to sell on the day after Thanksgiving according to the survey. The sentiment echoes anecdotal evidence from before Black Friday showing a Walmart store with many more Xbox One units than PlayStation 4 units.

Who's fault is it if a company can't produce a certain amount of units? Doent sound like M$'s issue, just Sony letting the ball down again. Doesnt change the fact they got dominated in sales, no way around it

All that hype over a million sold in 24 hours, then Microsoft came and crushed the buildings doing the exact same thing at 100$ more expensive
Think about that, 100 more expensive and still did all time GOAT numbers. Sony's bankruptcy another day closer

yeah, you had playstanleys saying X1 would max out at 600,000 sold and it still sold a million in 24 hours being $100 more expensive
I've always said both consoles would sell out at launch and whoever allotted the systems better and produced more would win the holiday battle
that was for the US, not worldwide. We still haven't gotten those North American numbers either ... .

@winb83 could tell you how a certain someone said this a long time ago. But that same person said that 3months after the XB1 drops. It would be known as a dead console. He didn't believe him, and he still is waiting on his props. I'm not happy about it, but if Knack beat you in sales? The writing is on the tombstone
Lets keep the facts straight. Xbox sold more units than the PS3. And it was much larger than the fake numbers you see posted online. Sony has done everything in there power to manipulate these numbers so stock holders didn't abandon ship. If you want a lesson on that practice, just ask and you shall receive...The UK is the biggest console gaming market in the EU, second biggest in the world behind the US.
And last generation was the only place in Europe where XLost was marginally ahead of the GOATStation

if I was Micro$oft I would go ahead and sell off the Xbox division as reported Xbox is done they tried to screw over the customer, now it looks like the customer is screwing them
