European blokes, what country in your region has "next" in the next 20-30 years?

-Will it be France or Spain due to there being alot of French and Spanish speaking people in the developing/3rd world?

-Will it be Germany due to them kind of being an efficient/organized country?

-Will it be gloom and doom for Europe in the next 20-30 years (i.e. will their cultural significance be overtaken by a fast-up-and-coming rising star country?
