Eva Marie defends sanctity of pro wrestling, debates Mia Khalifa

Well this is too perfect. Last week former adult film star and current sports personality Mia Khalifa caught major heat with the pro wrestling world when she discussed Ronda Rousey moving over to the WWE.

Appearing on her YouTube show Out of Bounds, Khalifa said "This is where her career will go to die. I have no respect for the WWE, it's not a real sport. It's embarrassing."

The off hand comment or hot take, depending on your point of view, from Khalifa caught the attention of a lot of pro wrestlers online but out of all the people former WWE wrestler Shane Helms’ response drew the most reaction.

Then Helms caught flak for his response and the Internet began to run down The Hurricane for his failed attempt at humor.

In summation everyone was mad at Mia Khalifa. Then everyone was mad at Shane Helms.

Fear not because on this week’s episode of Out of Bounds former WWE wrestler and Total Divas star Eva Marie is on the panel to defend pro wrestling and discuss sporting merits to Khalifa.

This should end well.

Fast forward to the roughly the 13:59 mark of the video to hear Eva Marie go one on on with Mia Khalifa in the sport of competitive debate.

And sorry internet fans, but Eva Marie could've been a star. She wasn't some complete Jenna Morasca type gump in the ring. That headscissors she had at Mania 32 showed me she had potential. And character-wise she was the best heel they've had in the women's division in years, better than anyone now.

She just sounds like she's not really media trained tbh. That's not necessarily a bad thing though because it results in honest answers and dialogue when you can't wrap something up in a vague statement.
