I actually do care, that's why I tell you guys. You don't have to go as far as having a witness or getting it in writing, just be careful about who you have sex with and make sure the person is in their right mind. Make sure the person actually wants to do it and doesn't feel pressured into it.

Nah, according to her logic, all the chick has to do is have morning regret, then lie to herself while throwing self accountability out of the window, and convince herself that she's been raped and that's all that's needed to file charges

It's this type of logic that makes me think that they need to give such related laws an overhaul considering false reports because it's this type of shyt that has led to several instances of chicks legit being raped being not taken seriously by the system and turned away with no help. If chicks file false charges and they're proven false, they need to do some hard fukking time, fukk the dumb shyt. That's nothing to play around with and just throw out there just because you feel guilty about hoeing around. That shyt can ruin a man's life cuz even if found not guilty, the accusation alone is severely damaging to ones reputation.
