FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK no. never ever ever ever.

I like passion from the fans, but if its in a sport with multi-multi millionaires in non-once in a lifetime happenings, I lose any respect :mjpls:

examples where its ok to cry: 77 year droughts, something like that

empty feelings: all the time tho, whenever giants season ends, etc

Last basketball I played as a college senior.

Lost by 4 points in the 2nd round of the Big Dance.

It was after we shook hands and went in the tunnel... and saw the other team celebrating... and my boy (the only other senior along with me) was on his knees in tears.

My coach is the first guy to make it to us while I was trying to pick my boy up and he tells us both how goddamn proud he was of the both of us.

...
I broke down trying to pick him up and basically cried with another grown man over a basketball game, brehs.
I'm not even remotely ashamed to admit it.

Bit of a Spin, I cried tears of Joy when the Lakers beat the Blazers in game 7. I guess it was the realization that they were gunna win the chip (Indiana didn't stand a chance), after losing all hope just 30 mins earlier. Plus I was like 10 at the time.

The exact moment I broke down when was Kobe lobbed it to Shaq :to:

Never cried but definately had moments of rage, silence and shock. You really dont become a true diehard sports fans without feeling that shyt and weve all felt it.

I think after CWebb tore his acl against Dallas I was :to: There was nobody touching the kings that year, team was deep, hungry and ready....until this dude blows his knee in a game we had put away decisively:damn:

Prob ended my hardcore fandom that night too
