Me and one of my boys stopped at a 7/11 earlier. We were on our way to a little get-together and decided to grab some snacks so that we didn't show up empty-handed.
We walk up to the cash register and there was a pretty young thang working behind the counter. I wouldn't go out of my way to approach her if I saw her, but I wouldn't turn the p*ssy down if she threw it at me.
My boy started talking to her and I could tell she really wasn't feeling him like that. He kept trying to joke with her and she wasn't laughing at anything he was saying. She even rolled her eyes a few times, but he still wouldn't take the hint and keep it movin'.
As I was picking up the bag he looked at me and said "C'mon Burg, you can't even pick up that little grocery bag? Where are ya muscles at?" and then he flexed his bicep thinking that would impress the cashier. I'm a skinny dude (though I'm working on bulking up), don't get me wrong, but I wasn't struggling to pick up the bag.
She looked at me and said "Your friend has a lot of jokes, doesn't he?" I said "Yeah, he thinks that because he's Kevin Hart's height, that automatically makes him a comedian."
We both laughed at him and when my boy and I went out to the car, he told me that I went "too far". I ended up taking an Uber home tonight.
Anybody ever been in this type of situation? How did you deal with it?
