Currently The Store Manager at a Dollar Tree and it's the WOAT.
Number 1 I'm on salary and have to work at least 45 hours a week and usually more depending on if something needs to be done or if somebody can't come.
Number 2 I only see my boss the District Manager once a month so they supplement that with weekly Group Phone conversations with all the Store Managers where he fusses at us for not meeting absurd sales goals. Like Last week we were all suppose to sale at least 1000 20OZ sodas
And Number 3 I hate Customer Service, having to deal with People in general , having to deal with all my employees bullshyt, and having to be responsible for the store even on my off days
I just Hope I can make it till the end of 2019 and I'm quitting to focus on my last year of College

Stupid idiots kept all the seasonal employees so all part timers were reduced to 2 shifts every 2 weeks. And yet kept stressing that I always try to upsell customers on shyt they dont need
And strict 30 minute breaks during times they choose. So if they choose to make you go on break 2 hours into your shift them they will.
Eff that place, giving me an 8 month plan to increase my numbers.

I think we all had at least 1 job that we absolutely loathe. When I was 22 I was i was a salesman for the used car side of a Honda dealership. A rotation of women on the call center/customer side fukking the salesmen. People would go get high periodically throughout the day. Racist ass management and coworkers. Finessing thousands out of customers. It was just total nonstop fukkery. I’ll admit you gotta have balls of steel to be a car salesman. I was too young, too naive, too wet behind the ears, at the time to truly succeed. I didn’t make a sale and I ended up getting fired shorty after the probationary period 
But it helped me open my eyes at certain things and it helped mature me.
